The App is not responsible for the accuracy of unit numbers, job site names, or any other identifying labels entered by any user. Mislabeling of a unit — whether due to user error or ambiguity in how equipment is physically labeled on site — is outside the App's control, and the App disclaims responsibility for any consequences arising from incorrectly labeled or misidentified equipment.
Automated data extraction may contain errors. Certain features use automated image recognition and artificial intelligence to extract information from photographs of appliance data plates, including appliance type, manufacturer, model number, serial number, and manufacture date. This automated extraction is provided as a convenience only and may be incomplete or inaccurate. The App makes no representation or warranty, express or implied, as to the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any automatically extracted or entered data.
Verification is the user's responsibility. It is the sole responsibility of the person using the App to review, verify, and correct all data before relying on it for records, reporting, compliance, or any other purpose. Use of any data without independent verification is at the user's own risk.
